INGREDIENTS OF TANDOORI MOMOS
FOR DOUGH:- 1/2 cup maida / plain flour / all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 cup cabbage, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup curd or yogurt, thick
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder or lal mirch powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 pieces red-hot charcoal
- 1/2 teaspoon ghee or clarified butter
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS OF MAKING TANDOORI MOMOS
first, take a large cup and take 1/2 curd in the cup.also add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon kasuri methi, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon oil and ¼ teaspoon salt.
mix well ensuring all the spices are combined well.
coat the momos with prepares marination and keep it for 1 hour until it perfectly not marinate.
heat kadai with 2 tablespoons oil and place the marinated momos.
cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
flip over and cook all sides well.
Congrats your delicious tandoori momo is ready, serve tandoori momos with chaat masala.

INGREDIENTS
- Momos sheet
- Hacked / chopped cabbage
- Dry carrot
- Hacked / chopped onion
- Hacked / chopped capsicum
- Hacked / chopped garlic
- Hacked / chopped beans& Pulav
- Hacked / chopped spring onion
- Salt
- Dark pepper powder
- Red crisp /chili
For marination
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tablespoons roasted masala
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic glue
- Touch of orange red shading
- Salt
- Red crisp
- Garam masala
- Turmeric powder
INSTRUCTIONS
In a huge bowl blend all the hacked vegetables and dry flavors and fill the stuffing in to momos sheet
Steam cook the momos for 8-10 minutes
Permit it to cook down
In another bowl blend everything for marination

Oil the non leave container with margarine and cook momos from both the sides
Sprinkle lime squeeze on it and trimming it with cabbage and carrot julienne.
