How To Make French Fries At Home
Wash & peel potatoes:
Give the potatoes a honest scrub and cut them with a potato peeler. you'll cut the maximum amount of little peel on as you want.
Cut & soak potatoes:
Cut the potatoes into 1/4 to 1/2 sticks employing a large knife. I says thicker fries so I always prefer 1/2 sticks. Place the cut fries into an outside bowl of cold water, cover them completely, then for a minimum of an hour and you can keep it over a night. Collect the fries well, then dry completely using paper towels or a tea towel .
Fry the potatoes:
Heat a couple inches of oil during a large pot oroven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry the french fries potatoes in oven for 5-6 minutes until they are perfectly cooked and still pretty yellow on the surface . Transfer the cooked fries to an outside baking sheet lined with paper towels. Repeat all the potatoes slice fries, until its remaining fries.
Fry again the potatoes:
Increase the oil temperature to 400-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry the french-fried potatoes in Bowl with all potatoes slice again until golden colour on the surface and crispy, about another 5-6 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon to a different baking sheet lined with clean paper towels to clean up excessive oil. Take immediately with a generous sprinkle of salt. Repeat all slice of potatoes continue, until its get perfectly fried.
