* 2 cups all-purpose flour* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon sugar, optional
* 2 eggs
* 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk
* 1/2 cup blueberries
* 2 tbsp melt and cold butter, unmelt butter for cooking, or neutral oil.
* 1. Heat a big skillet over medium-low temperature. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Beat egg into 1 1/2 cup milk, Gently stir this mixture into dry ingredients, mixing merely enough to moisten flour; don’t worry a few few lumps. If batter seems thick, add a touch more milk.
* 2. Place a tsp or 2pice of butter or oil on skillet. When butter foam subsides or oil shimmers, ladle batter onto griddle or skillet, making pancakes of any size you wish . Drop blueberries onto the pancakes. Adjust heat as necessary; usually, first batch would require higher heat than subsequent batches.
* 3. Cook until second side is lightly browned. Serve, or hold on an ovenproof plate during a 200-degree oven for up to fifteen minutes.
